How can I order products?

To order your products on our store you must:

add the products to the cart;
click on buy (from the shopping cart summary or from the shortcut you can always find on the left of the page);
register or log in if you are not yet a registered customer;
confirm the shipping address;
proceed to payment.
Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

There is a minimum order amount of € 80 euros.

How can I pay?

The payment methods are by card, credit or prepaid as paypal, poste pay, etc., or by bank transfer.

Can I pay on delivery?

No, payment on delivery is not allowed, as the courier does not guarantee the contract times.

What are the shipping times?

The products are shipped by express courier and arrive at their destination 24/48 hours from the time of shipment.
Attention: times are to be understood from the moment the parcel is entrusted to the courier, from the moment it is sent, therefore, not from the moment of the order.

What are the shipping costs?

The cost of shipping the products is calculated based on the total weight of the products ordered.

How are the products I ordered shipped?

We pay incredible attention (almost maniacal) in preparing the package with the products you ordered and we follow the customer at every stage of the order, until the package arrives at the customer's home.

For what quantities is the price to be understood?

The quantities to which the price refers are indicated in the product name itself.
